Kukul Ukraine
About the trip
- 04.11.2023 - 05.11.2023 (2 day) - Registration untill Oct. 30, 2023
During the trip, we will enjoy easy trekking in the autumn Carpathians. The mountains are now dressed in golden and crimson shades, which look very beautiful. A little bit about the route: during the hike, we will climb the Kukul ridge and its peak of 1539m. The ridge offers a panoramic view of the entire Chornohora ridge, where we can see Mt. Hoverla and Mt. Petros.
This hike will somewhat differ from our usual trips because the main feature is visiting Vasyl's house, where we will spend the night. Vasyl owns a home in the Borsucha meadow and, like a true Hutsul, has a trembita, so if we are lucky, we will hear the trembita sound in the Carpathians. We have a few more surprises that we won't tell you about, but you can be sure that it will be delicious, dinner at the host's house is something.
There is one more important point! We all should not forget that the war is on, so we are helping the Ukrainian Armed Forces. One of us is at the front - Daniil Kharytonchyk, so we will transfer 15% of our profits to the 80th Air Assault Brigade. If you want to make a donation, you can top up your monobank!
